How should I store your chocolate?
To ensure perfect snacking condition, we recommend keeping Hu chocolate in a cool, dry place, 75 degrees or cooler. Because Hu is crafted without any preservatives or stabilizers, it is susceptible to high and low temperatures, and may cause it to dry out and bloom (white powdery coating).
